Terms and Conditions

Requirements for scuba diving and snorkeling
1. For scuba diving and snorkeling, a healthy condition, according to scuba diving industry
standards is required.
2. Dive certifications and logbooks are required for check-in.
3. The use of a dive computer is mandatory for every diver diving with us.
4. Divers considered qualified to dive in independent buddy teams have to ensure, that they are
back on the boat at latest after one hour. If they are not back after one hour, we have to assume
that they are in an emergency and emergency procedures will be put in force. Resulting costs
will be charged.
5. While participating in our activities, the instructions of our staff are to be followed.
Booking and cancellation procedures
1. For all our activities a reservation is required. The required details vary, depending on the kind
of activity.
2. Without valid credit card details or pre-payment we are not able to accept any booking.
3. Dive packages are available with advance payment only. Otherwise single trips are available
only.
4. All payment has to be done during check-in. The payment is non-refundable.
5. Cancellation until 05:00pm will be rescheduled only. The payment is non-refundable .
6. You will receive a full refund if we have to cancel the trip for any reason (i.e. weather).
7. In case the second dive of a 2-tank dive trip has to be cancelled only (i.e. weather), the trip will
be charged as single dive “afternoon” only.
8. In case a dive package can´t be completed because of cancellations of dives or complete trips,
the services actually received will be billed at the next favorable conditions for the customer.
Any resulting overpayments will be reimbursed.
9. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking.
10. With payment or providing the required credit card details, the customer accepts these terms
and conditions.
Equipment rental conditions

1. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all of the equipment and acknowledge it is in good
working condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to check both the quality and quantity of
gas in any scuba tanks. He acknowledges that he should not dive if the equipment is not
functioning properly. He will not hold Blue Flow Dive Centre, or its employees responsible for his
failure to inspect the equipment prior to diving or if he chooses to dive with equipment that may
not be functioning properly.
2. He agrees to reimburse the Dive Center/Resort for the loss or breakage of any and all equipment
at the current replacement value and to also pay for damages incurred while transporting the
equipment.
3. He agrees to return the equipment in clean condition and to pay a cleaning fee if not returned
cleaned.
